The Process Management department bundles, moderates, and sustainably pursues the implementation of the process-related, cross-average and service-specific requirements and standards for the operational IT units of Shared Service Operations (SSO). The focus is on compliance with the services agreed with the customer and efficient procedures. To do this, you work closely with the process managers, the Service Transition organization and the SSO Services Process Engineers. Special focus is on the participation of the target achievement for the incident/service request processing quality and its continuous improvement.
