Monitoring the IT operating environment using monitoring and event management processes is one of your key tasks. Reports, disturbances and operational vulnerabilities analyze and transfer them to appropriate measures. Recurring tasks automate by scripting and technical standardization. CMDB and asset data keep you updated, consistency and quality. In addition, you coordinate changes in the operating environment and accompany their implementation reliably. For the ongoing IT operation, you create meaningful reporting and prepare key figures for addressing. The maintenance and further development of the operational documentation is also within your responsibility.

You have completed IT training or a comparable technical qualification. Experience in IT operation, ideally in monitoring or operation-related roles, bring you (e.g. checkmk) We require knowledge of event management, automation and scripting for this role. You are also experienced in handling CMDB and asset data. A good understanding of change coordination and operational documentation is important for this position. Their mode of operation is structured, independent and service-oriented. Analytical thinking as well as a good feeling for stable operating processes round off your profile.
