As a digitalization manager (m/w/d), you are driving forward the further development of digital processes and implementing designed concepts directly into practice. You will be responsible for: Analysis of existing processes and data structures and deriving concrete improvement measures You identify potential for optimization and digitization and design practical solutions Development of concepts and requirements for IT and organizational projects and their implementation within the business unit Technical support for cross-disciplinary IT projects and transfer of results to their own organization You advise and support the fields of IT-supported issues in daily business Close coordination with module managers of our systems, such as pitFM (CAFM), SAP, E-Akte etc., as well as other business areas Use of opportunities through system developments and initiation of concrete agreements

Completed academic studies (Master) or Bachelor's degree with many years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and experience gained in the fields: organisation of structures and processes Process and data management

You are analytic and conceptually strong and provide the ability to quickly capture complex relationships and translate them into implementable measures. You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in the word and writing of the German language (level C2) You understand data structures, interfaces and process sequences You work independently, structured and result-oriented You recognize optimization potentials, introduce ideas, convey them convincingly and combine empathy with sensitivity You have a class B licence to carry out business trips within Schleswig-Holstein
