Referent (m/w/d) Municipal Medical Service

The Maltese Youth is a living community of children, young people and young adults who are engaged in around 600 groups throughout the country. Together, we live our guiding principle: “the testament of faith and help to the needy” – with heart, deed and team spirit. For our Diocesan office in Berlin we are now looking for a dedicated speaker (m/w/d) for the municipal medical service in parttime (19.5 hours/where) – You support both the Malteser Youth and the municipal medical service in Berlin. The municipal medical service Berlin supports pilgrimages and special occasions in the municipalities. This project is growing steadily – and that is why we are looking for you. Help us to further expand the service, strengthen the network and inspire even more people for this valuable commitment!

Further development and construction: You actively shape the community sanity service – both organizational and content – and start new sanitary youth groups in the communities. Leisure with meaning: Exciting actions such as leisure, social projects and network meetings are planned and implemented by you. Strengthening of management forces: Design and guide training for group leaders so that You can perform their role safely, motivated and with pleasure. Networking and Cooperation: In cooperation with the Archdiocese of Berlin, parishes and other institutions of youth work, you bring new impulses. Organization in the background: For everything to go round, you take administrative and coordinating tasks.

A completed study in the field of social education, social work or a comparable qualification First experience in the (Church) child and youth work or youth association work is of advantage Flexibility for use in the evening or weekend Safe handling of MS Office A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser and the willingness to actively contribute these values in everyday work.
