In this key role, you actively shape the company's financial and strategic development and take responsibility for central transformation and accounting projects. As an austerity partner for management, auditors and capital market participants, you control complex financial and reporting processes, develop modern structures and lead cross-site teams to success.

Your new role

You are responsible for creating and consolidating the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS, HGB as well as other relevant accounting regulations and ensure timely reporting You conduct strategic transformation and optimization projects, for example in the context of carve-outs, process restructuring or the introduction of new business models and accounting logics You continuously develop accounting, reporting and control processes and promote the quality, transparency and efficiency in the financial sector You act as a central interface to auditors, supervisory authorities, investors and internal departments and control external audits and regulatory requirements You guide cross-site teams professionally and disciplinefully, promote the further development of your employees and create a motivating, performance-oriented work environment

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course as well as several years of professional experience in Group Accounting, consolidation and financial reporting of a complex business environment You bring deep knowledge into IFRS and HGB, ideally know you with regulatory requirements as well as capital market-relevant reporting obligations and preferably have sound SAP skills You have experience in managing transformation, change, or process optimization projects and understand sustainable solutions successfully You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and keep track of complex cross-disciplinary issues You combine strong leadership competencies with a hands-on mentality and manage to inspire, develop and achieve joint goals successfully; you will communicate in German and English language
