We are looking for a dedicated Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) Customers in health and social services in the Schwäbisch Hall area. In this role will help you to make older people a dignified and to allow self-determined life. If you have a passion for care and we are happy to work in the team Your application.

Tasks:

• Support of nurses in the care and care of Residents
• implementation of basic care measures such as body care, Mobilisation and nutrition
• Documentation of care measures carried out
• accompaniment of residents to activities and doctor visits
