GUIDE M/W/D RECRUITING & TIME REGION GERMANY Wolfsburg Discipline leadership and professional leadership of the strategic team (personal marketing, employer branding, recruiting) as well as operative recruiters at the German locations (recruiting, temporary work) Total Responsibility for Volume Recruiting and Non-Volume Recruiting at all locations in Germany Strategic further development of recruiting: integration of new recruiting paths and channels, establishment of Recruiting KPIs, extension of Active Sourcing and acquisition-diagnostic tools Close exchange with the business unit leaders in human resources management with a view to new recruiting strategies and ensuring personnel procurement Responsibility for ensuring the need-oriented use of temporary workers and communication with the temporary workers Instrumentation of key positions across Germany and associated collaboration with Headhuntern Responsibility for HR highs and for the creation of personal concepts for project tenders including labour market analyses and their presentation to the customer Coordination of personal marketing: job markets, print and online media, social media, job fairs and similar Establishing uniform recruiting, temporary work and personal marketing processes Parent support of the digital candidate management system for the region of Germany including support in the processing of the ticket system Interdisciplinary cooperation with the field of training marketing and recruitment, marketing on the subject of employer branding and other departments Participation in the development and introduction of a shared service center structure and the establishment of the associated processes

Qualification: successfully completed studies with a focus on staff or completed commercial training with further training as a human resource specialist*woman (IHK) or a comparable qualification Experience: multi-year relevant professional experience as leadership, ideally in the context of a shared service center structure Expertise: very good knowledge in MS Office Soft Skills: strong consulting and conversation skills Communication: strong communication capability and safe occurrence Working methods: structured, conscientious and team-oriented working methods Languages: good German and English skills Ready to travel: high readiness
