Coordination of major public building projects and existing objects in project responsibility and technical management of interdisciplinary project teams You take over project management services in demanding construction projects that meet the climate policy objectives of the NRW by certification and contribute to CO2 savings You will be responsible for the clarification of the objectives, the organization of the construction and execution, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxation of the planning and execution participants until the project success In addition, as a contact partner, you are regularly on site and advise the customer on project-specific questions.

You have completed their studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, technical building equipment or comparable technical discipline. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
