planning and carrying out material tests such as periodic, mechanical, metallographic and surface tests according to customer specifications and approval requirements; knowledge of the implementation of complex mechanical material tests such as tensile testing, notched impact testing, hardness testing, bending encircling testing, adhesion testing and 3-point bending testing as well as metallographic investigations are advantageous Preparation of transverse grinding and their assessment of hard material layers Procurement and visibility of test plans and drawing documents Auditing of test processes and preparation of test programs Compilation of test, examination and approval reports and evaluation of the results including test program creation Verification and approval of processing drawings and test sheets Definition and determination of test parameters for new coatings and materials Basic investigations and analysis of damages in compliance with the requirements of international standards and customer requirements Training for material testing including planning, instruction of employees and implementation of theoretical and practical tests according to customer specifications
