As a technology buyer (m/w/d), you will ensure that our construction projects are implemented not only on time and efficiently but also economically successfully. Own-sponsored procurement of construction and subcontractor services for turnkey projects in construction Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships with suppliers and contractors taking into account quality, economic and sustainability Negotiations from the tender to the conclusion of the contract, always with a view to innovative and economic solutions Close cooperation with the technical and commercial departments for optimal performance and product selection Participation in the optimization of processes and procurement strategies to make our projects more efficient and successful

Completed training or studies in the field of business, construction, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable field Ideally professional experience in purchasing, costing, distribution or in a comparable area with cutting points for construction Impressed levels of negotiation and communication as well as pleasure in the team Economic understanding and a structured working method Very good German knowledge (min. C1), English skills are advantageous Good knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and contracting Safe handling of MS Office applications and interest in IT and tendering programmes Become part of a motivated team that achieves great together.
