Do you enjoy transforming data into real added value and want to not only measure performance, but actively improve it? Then you're right with us. In your role, you are a central point of contact for performance and analysis topics and actively shape our control and reporting landscape:

You are responsible for the continuous development of our analysis and reporting landscape You'll start monthly performance reports and develop them with a high degree of automation To optimize our performance, you analyze the profitability of our product portfolio You recognize misdevelopments early, analyse causes, develop countercontrol measures, implement them and check their sustainable success You are a cross-departmental and cross-border interface for performance topics You actively work with interdisciplinary projects You analyze, visualize and prepare data according to target groups, from operating dashboards to management reports You'll create vivid dashboards, especially with Power BI In close cooperation with Finance and Claims, you support the optimization and automation of processes You prepare your analysis results so that You serve as a sound basis of decision You support colleagues in the use of Power BI and in the use of analytics from the Data Lake and actively promote knowledge transfer in the team Process improvements accompany you from identification to implementation to continuous further development

You have a successfully completed study in the field of Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a comparable subject You could ideally gain first professional experience in a pay, data and fact-driven environment You're sure to deal with MS Office and bring a high IT affinity First knowledge of data analysis with BI tools as well as with SQL, Python, R or similar programming languages are advantageous You have strong analytical skills and can quickly capture and explain complex facts easily You work structured, reliable and independent You are happy to prepare analysis results clearly, understandably and appealingly, e.g. with PowerPoint Ideally, you have first experiences in data visualization (e.g. Power BI) as well as in process modeling, optimization or automation Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile You are communicative, team-oriented and you want to develop yourself professionally and personally
