You allow you to live by consulting and distributing finances for dream property, as well as real estate financing and other underlying loans. You sell composite products around real estate financing, such as LBS building savings and insurance products. You work with our colleagues from sales support. You conduct credit analysis and check the ability to provide capital in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Property Credit Directive. You take over customer responsibility and accompany customers throughout the entire financing phase of their dream property. You show results orientation (both personally and in the team). You have the Savings Bank specialist or a comparable qualification. You have above-average sales and acquisition affinity. You are flexible in carrying out customer appointments. You have a pronounced affinity for digital consulting. You are interested in the loan or construction finance business. You have well-founded knowledge of LBS composite products as well as personal and property insurance. You appear safe, friendly and team- or customer-oriented. You have experience in dealing with MS‐Office, OSP-Kredit and OSP Neo. You have good communication skills in word and writing. You have a high level of planning and organisational competence.
