(Senior) Business Application Manager (m/f/d)

Ensuring stable operation and continuous development of our central business applications (ERP, CRM and specialist applications) to optimally support business processes Control and prioritization of requirements, incidents and changes as well as coordination of releases and updates to ensure high service quality Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the departments to identify and sustainably implement efficiency potentials Development of future-oriented application concepts and evaluation and integration of new technologies into the existing system landscape Professional leadership and coordination of the Business Applications team, including prioritization of tasks and promotion of knowledge sharing Working in transformation projects and international rollouts, in particular in the context of ERP, CRM and digital initiatives

Completed studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL) or comparable qualifications as well as several years of experience in the field of ERP, CRM or business applications and digitalization projects Understanding business processes including analysis and optimization as well as experience in the operation and further development of business applications Knowledge of requirements, change and application lifecycle management as well as in the control of external service providers and implementation partners Ideally experience with ERP introductions, transformation projects or international rollouts as well as first professional leadership or project management experience Experience in process management and digitalization, especially in interaction with sales-related or international structures Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as a structured, communication-strong and solution-oriented method
