IT auditor for corporate auditing

With its nearly 190 employees, Stadtwerke Köln GmbH (SWK) is the holding company of the Stadtwerke Köln Group. The group includes over 15,000 employees working in the RheinEnergie, KVB, KölnBäder, NetCologne and AWB, among others, and together achieve consolidated external sales of approximately €9.4 billion. SWK performs central tasks and services for its Group companies. Within the Group Revenue Division, at the earliest possible time, a position is as Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time (39.0 hours / week).

As an IT supervisor, you are responsible for the independent conduct of audits in the companies of the Stadtwerke Köln Group. Its area of responsibility includes identifying potential for improvement in IT security, cloud security, and implementing regulatory requirements, implementing continuous auditing processes for continuous monitoring of critical IT controls, as well as the use of data analysis methods and tools for identifying and evaluating cybersecurity risks in complex audit behaviour. You explain potential for improvement in a comprehensible manner and convince the examiners in the dialogue. In addition to the audit report, you also have the responsibility of combining and following improvements. In addition, you can support the specialist areas with your technical and methodological expertise.

You have a completed study of a relevant subject such as computer science, business informatics, business administration with IT focus or have a comparable qualification.

You have already been able to gain several years of relevant professional experience.

You are safe in handling relevant IT frameworks (such as ITIL, COBIT) and IT standards (BSI Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27000, OWASP TOP 10) and have extensive technical know-how on cloud and web architectures, security mechanisms and modern IT landscapes as well as knowledge of IT projects. You have first experiences in data analysis methods (e.g. with Python, SQL or R) and revision software.

Your interest in further education, in particular towards IT auditing (e.g. CIA, CISA or CISM) or ISO 27001 certification completes your profile.
