Insurance Manager (m/f/d)

You maintain and optimise the existing insurance policies of all savings and conduct contract negotiations with insurers and brokers. In addition, you will receive new policies, evaluate them according to risk and cost criteria and prepare contracts in coordination with internal demand providers. You act as a central contact point for all technical issues, including in the international context, and support specialist areas in the solution finding. Furthermore, you coordinate and document national and international damage cases in close cooperation with insurers, brokers and internal interfaces. In addition, you are responsible for the implementation and control of international insurance programs and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You actively promote the further development and digitization of insurance and damage processes to increase efficiency and transparency.

You have an economic study with a focus on insurance or completed training as an insurance businessman with corresponding training. Multiannual professional experience in industrial insurance management or a comparable function is yours. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in international insurance programs, risk management and contract and insurance law. Their work is structured, independent and characterized by a high sense of responsibility. You communicate safely in German and English, both in writing and oral. A professional appearance as well as pronounced negotiation and communication skills complete your profile.
