As IT Service Operations Manager*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for the support of the Life Care Engine solution for the TÜV Rheinland systems. Various IT modules play a role here, which are integrated into a comprehensive process for occupational medicine and occupational safety. They ensure the technical operation of the solution, clarify further technical and technical requirements, are the main contact person in the context of IT Demands and manage internal and external interdisciplinary communications and voting in malfunctions. Coordination of development work including documentation is just as important in your area of responsibility as the analysis of customer requirements and the design of technical solutions based on technical requirements. They contribute to projects in the context of the Life Care Engine and represent the link between development and the field of expertise, including support during the concept phase of new extensions or projects, technical testing after implementation, operation and support. With your expertise, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of service processes according to ITIL standards and are also responsible for implementing security policies.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in service operations or IT service management Experience in the field of requirements analysis and design of technical solutions ITIL certification is advantageous For exchange with internal and external stakeholders, very good knowledge of German and good English is absolutely necessary
