medical certificate in an area relevant for emergency medicine (e.g. internal medicine, anaesthesiology, surgery, trauma surgery) with additional training or Additional training in clinical acute and emergency medicine

Ideally multiannual leadership experience (e.g. as a lead:r Oberarzt:ärztin / Medical:r Leiter:in ZNA) desirable

Safe handling of triage systems and structured emergency processes

Communication-strong, team-oriented personality with design will and change competence
