Holistic strategy development: development and management of the credit policy across the entire credit life cycle – from automated application testing to collection strategy Implementation of the Fraud Strategy: Development and implementation of automated Fraud triggers within the Decision Engine for early detection of suspicious applications in real time Assessment of security risks: Analysis of leasing capacity and remarketing potential specialized industrial equipment before the credit decision Investigation & Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses on Ms.D. patterns and Early Defaults to continuously strengthen the company's Fraud Defense Mechanisms Defining residual values: Creating and regular review of the RV matrix for the entire product spectrum to ensure that end-of-lease values are market-oriented and realistic Monitoring of asset concentration: Ensuring that the portfolio remains broadly diversified and is not excessively invested in asset types
Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor, ideally Master) in mathematics, finance or a technology-related study programme At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector as a data analyst in a risk department, preferably in the area of women management or collateral management Experience in the creation and regular updating of the RV matrix for all asset classes in the portfolio Knowledge of the implementation of data-based and automated Fraud detection mechanisms within a decision engine for real-time monitoring of applications Funded know-how in the analysis of leasing capacity and remarketing potential of specialised industrial plants Knowledge of investigation & reporting, in particular in carrying out deep analyses of Fraud incidents and early outages for targeted risk mitigation Experience in the systematic analysis of risk concentrations at asset level, the identification and assessment of technological risks and the design and implementation of control tests to optimise the Fraud detection Very good knowledge of SQL, Python or R for analyzing large amounts of data and identifying relevant trends
