As a Digital Commerce Manager (gn), you are responsible for the development and implementation of a retail media strategy that promotes growth, strengthens partnerships and secures their effectiveness through close cooperation and continuous analysis. You bring experience in the e-commerce and/or performance media sector and want to drive the brands ESN & More Nutrition forward? Then report to us and become part of the team.

Your mission to us Based on business and marketing-related objectives, you develop an effective retail media strategy that promotes growth on relevant shopper platforms You identify new potentials in retail media, evaluate partnerships and successfully implement them with a focus on volume increase in the food and sports nutrition category You continue to expand sustainable relationships with key retailers, develop them into strategic partnerships and jointly establish high-quality retail media solutions to strengthen our omnichannel approach You work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless implementation of all measures You regularly analyze performance, guide relevant insights and pass them on to the relevant stakeholders to continuously optimize effectiveness

Your experience & skills You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance media - ideally in sports, nutrition or FMCG - with a strong focus on trade environments and B2B partnerships You have well-founded knowledge about advertising products and tools in the retail and omnichannel media sector You are able to think strategically and act tactical at the same time - also in a dynamic and energy-charged environment You bring excellent communication and team skills You desire proactive, solution-oriented, and have the pleasure to advance new ideas You are sure to deal with data analyses and can derive concrete recommendations for action You control both German and English fluent
