Senior Consultant (m/w/d) September 2028 with 32 hours/week)

Our meeting place Altmünstermühle with its affiliated senior consultancy office is the headquarters for the Hattersheimer Senior Work – a meeting for older people for informal encounters, promotion of activities, common experiences, for animal-based offers and a cozy gathering.

Content and organisational support of the management Coordination and implementation of group offers and events Quality assurance and further development of the range of services Group management Networking and Public Relations Administrative tasks (Office management, documentation, evaluation) Budget management and cash management

A completed study of social work, social education or comparable qualifications Experience in working with seniors Interest in the conceptual development and design of the offers Impressed motivation and integration skills Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength as well as team skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Commitment, resilience and flexibility as well as willingness to participate in afternoon and evening events Safe handling of current MS Office applications is desirable
