Part-time receptionist (20-25 hrs/week) (m/f/d)

As a business card of our company, you ensure a positive rock pressure and smooth operation in the reception area and are the first point of contact for our customers and business partners. Your main tasks include: First contact for customers and business partners (also in English) Consumption, processing and targeted forwarding of telephone calls, faxes and e-mails as well as processing of entry and exit mail Design of the entrance area, care of internal infoboards and preparation/hospitalization of the visitor and conference rooms purchasing consumables; Order of food & beverages Support in organizing corporate events and booking of travel and hotels Introduction of trainees to the reception area Administrative activities in daily business and general administrative and organisational tasks master data maintenance and management in the ERP system, processing of customer questionnaires and digitization and archiving of documents (scans)

You have completed a commercial training and have already gained first professional experience in a service-oriented and representative position, ideally in an industrial company with an international environment You are strong in communication, act proactive and have fun to help others With your friendly being, you will also remain sovereign in stressful situations You convince with flexibility and reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working Very good knowledge of MS-Office and an ERP system, we also require good English knowledge in word and writing
