As an application expert*in, you have the opportunity, together with a nice and dedicated team, to sustainably shape the digital future of Fraunhofer as a leading institution in applied research. You become part of our digitalization team and support our HR system in a fully digitized SAP landscape. You are responsible for the configuration and application support of SAP SuccessFactors (in particular module Employee Central). With your work, you will form the important bridge between the software and the users (workers, executives and personnel experts) at our locations. In addition, you support the playback of releases and updates. In close cooperation with our process experts, you identify and systematize process optimizations and qualification requirements in the different modules. Coordinate the work of external SAP experts and ensure the technical validation of enquiries in close user contact.

Completed academic studies, e.g. in computer science or business informatics, or comparable training At best, first professional experience in IT, preferably in HR-IT Application Practice in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Technology affinity and fun to use your analytical skills and to solve exciting challenges Last but not least, you score with communication skills as well as team and customer orientation
