In the software development department, we develop innovative software solutions for transmissions and electric drives from today and tomorrow. The focus is on a fully integrated transmission control unit of the latest generation. What you will do As a working student*in, you support our team in the organization, documentation and implementation of development projects. In doing so, you carry out various tasks independently and work closely with project managers, requirements engineers and software developers. Your tasks include: Requirements Management support, e.g. for tracking completeness, maintenance of requirements structures and reviews of requirements using modern AI tools Working with the creation, maintenance and migration of project handbooks and documentation of development processes Maintenance and updating of dates and project plans and transfer of planning levels between different project planning tools Support in commissioning and testing software on test benches and vehicles Creation of checklists, status overviews and KPI evaluations to support project management The activity can begin from mid-September 2026.

What you bring Continuous study of computer science, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, economic engineering or a comparable subject Structured and careful operation Interest in technical development projects and project management Very good German and good English skills Private initiative and willingness to work on new issues Advantage First experiences in the automotive environment or in software development projects Experiences with AI-based working methods and digital collaboration tools Knowledge in project management or scheduling Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
