Senior CRM Solution Architect - Insurance / IT Consulting (m/f/d)

You advise on best practices and actively introduce innovations from the CRM environment into projects. You support object structures, data flows and data quality and make sure that the foundation is right. You actively shape the interaction of CRM, interfaces and adjacent systems. Workshops & Tuning You accompany the moderation between stakeholders and implementation partners and keep the threads together.

Education & Experience: Study of Computer Science, Business Informatics or Similar, plus Multiannual Experience as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Technical Lead in CRM Projects. Platform & Technology Knowledge: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, BSI, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP CX as well as profound understanding of data models, interfaces, APIs and system architectures. Enterprise & Industry Experience: Safe handling of complex application landscapes and understanding of business processes in the insurance industry, in particular sales, marketing or customer service. Design strength: You translate technical requirements into architectural concepts and implementable solution designs. Communication & working methods: Sovereign exchange with departments, IT and development teams; analytical, structured and solution-oriented. Languages & Mobility: Very good German, good English, willingness to travel for customer appointments.
