As a follow-up manager:in consultation with the project managers, you take the lead to the creation of supplementary offers Conducting an active follow-up management as well as the qualitative and content testing of follow-ups of the planning also belong to your tasks You submit your own comments and letters of reply to the defence of claims In doing so, you put contractual claims of DB E&C to the contracting entities:in cooperation with the project managers You are also responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating contractual project risks and consulting the project team in terms of risk management You also identify yield potentials and thus price-building margins in the tendering and calculation process for contracts in public tendering procedures and for the award of HOAI services to external service providers:inside With your support and accompaniment, you can arrange the offer or Procurement from a contractual perspective

Your profile:
