Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US In the staff department of the development management of Mercedes-Benz Trucks, we work on the strategic control and optimization of our development projects. Our team consists of a dedicated leadership and five experienced employees:inside, who jointly develop innovative solutions for the project management of the future. As a team, we are responsible for the multi-project management of the product development Mercedes-Benz Truck as well as the project management of innovative, pioneering development projects around the topic of mechatronics. Our contribution extends over all product projects and accompanies the entire product development process – from the first idea to the project decision to the series introduction. As a technical project manager, we represent the interests of development in the overall project and are responsible for the smooth running of the project. THE WORK We are looking for a dedicated person in our studies, who wants to complete their thesis (Bachelor or Master) with us and thus successfully complete their studies. The topic of the final work is the identification and digitization of development-relevant key figures in multi-project management. The following topics will be dealt with in the context of this thesis: Identify and analyze relevant key figures in development projects Validate these key figures with regard to their validity and applicability Design and implement a digital dashboard to visualize and monitor these key figures WE BEEDS An exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment The opportunity to participate independently in projects and introduce your ideas An attractive remuneration and flexible working hours Insights into the working world of a leading company in the commercial vehicle industry Participation and participation in exciting exchange and network formats of the multi-site student @ Daimler Truck Network

THE BRINGS Studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline – ideally with a deepening in the field of project management Interest in project management, data analysis and digitalization First experiences with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar) and project management are advantageous Self-employed and structured work Teamability and Communication Strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
