Category Manager (m/w/d) in our headquarters in Düsseldorf (Immermannstr. 50-52).

How to strengthen our team Responsibility for the further development and strategic orientation of our range with regard to trends, data and our target groups Leading negotiations with suppliers to ensure an optimally matched range in terms of price and quality Analysis of assortment, market, competition, sales and sales to identify opportunities as well as implementation of effective measures to strengthen performance Monitoring of market developments, innovations and trends and introducing creative impulses for assortment and marketing Assessment and calculation of new products with a secure sense of market potential and margins Close cooperation with our stores and external partners as well as precise coordination of logistics processes and requirements Conception and control of online and offline actions for reach and sales support Development of ideas for optimal presentation and further development of the range in exchange with marketing and store management Monitoring of goods entry, marketing operations and special marketing to ensure a punctual and smooth operation Predictive and efficient planning of the quantity disposition for action and permanent positions Maintenance and updating of master data as a basis for sound decisions

What we do Completed commercial training or completed business studies 3–4 years of professional experience in purchasing or category management – ideally in LEH Very good negotiating skills and enforcement ability Structured, binding and solution-oriented operation Embossed Analytical Skills Very good understanding of processes, processes and decision-making in trade Very good knowledge of popular MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good English knowledge of word and writing Impressed communication skills and predictive entrepreneurial thinking and action Hands-on mentality, initiative, empathy and enthusiasm for Asian food
