Now we are looking for a CIO (m/w/d) that shares this attitude – and not only manages our IT, but understands it as a growth accelerator. You have a sense and profound knowledge of technological trends – always with the aim of supporting the business areas as much as possible, finding pragmatic solutions, taking people along and scaling customer benefits. You are the driving force for the management and further development of the IT organization in the fields of applied AI, applications, digitization, IT security, infrastructure and build an IT Project Management Office (PMO). You initiate and control transformation, digitalization and innovation projects as well as software introductions and pay attention to benefits, costs and efficiency. You actively promote change and use future-oriented technologies where You create real added value, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud, networks, data analytics, CRM and ERP. Developing in close coordination with management Continue the IT strategy, implement it and ensure that there is a stable, secure and scalable IT landscape. Through good cooperation with the departments for identifying and implementing IT and data-supported business potentials, you develop our IT, AI and data analytics as a growth driver. You are responsible for compliance, data protection and information security – pragmatic and forward-looking.

At least 8 years of professional experience and 5 years of leadership experience in IT management, where you have taken responsibility for successful, complex IT and digitalization projects. A deep understanding of enterprise architectures, cloud strategies, cybersecurity and modern application landscapes are part of your expertise. Experience in software development is advantageous. Experience in implementing technical, organizational and cultural transformation taking into account data protection and compliance. Entrepreneurial thinking with a pronounced focus on implementation and results. Good communication skills and experience in managing management, advisory boards, service providers and external partners. Learning orientation, self-critical willingness to change and desire to be uncomfortable at the same time with strongly pronounced team player mentality. Experience in project management and a good understanding of business relationships. Experience in owner-managed family businesses, in which IT was understood to be more profitable for growth, is of advantage. A completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, technology, economics, training as a starting point for continuous further development or a comparable qualification.
