We are looking at the next time: Consultant / Engineer (m/d) Collaboration Solutions (remote / nationwide) You work in the home office, for example in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Hannover, Leipzig or Erfurt.

Solution architecture: transformation of customer requirements into technical collaboration solutions with real added value Process optimization: Analysis and optimization of existing communication processes at the customer Infrastructure design: Conception and integration of heterogeneous collaboration infrastructures (including Cisco, Microsoft, Asterisk, Innovaphone) API integration: Simplification and automation of complex solutions via the interfaces (APIs) of the products used Knowledge Sharing: Customer skills through practical training on the job

At least 3 years of work experience in the field of collaboration and practice with systems such as CUCM, MS Teams, Skype or Asterisk Solid knowledge of IP networking, virtualization and infrastructure services (Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, NTP) Enthusiasm for all facets of collaboration – Cloud/On-Premise, Audio/Video/Chat or Protocolle such as SIP, WebRTC CCNP collaboration of advantage (or willingness to certification) Communication strength, customer orientation, independent working method
