Controller (iv.) Operations (m/f/d)

Responsibility: You are Sparring partners for production areas and business units in Germany and abroad, providing advice on all business economic issues and setting proactive control impulses. Act internationally: You support your national and international business partners through targeted analyses and recommendations for action and present your results in regular business and work talks. Analytical work: You create outcome analyses, target-actual comparisons and ad-hoc evaluations with focus on manufacturing costs, logistics costs, waste costs and personnel use. You develop meaningful KPIs and ensure the further development of operational reporting. Through your analyses, you create the necessary transparency and enable the increase in operational performance. Developing strategies: You carry out sound investment and cost-effectiveness assessments for our foreign sites, simulate process and product costs for novel products and production processes, develop complex business cases and decision templates for management and evaluate make-or-buy decisions in our international supply chain in a targeted manner. show the own initiative: You enjoy the benefits of a working environment characterised by a flat hierarchy, short communication and decision-making, as well as a culture of “open doors”. You have a degree in economic engineering, business management or economics, ideally with the focus of controlling or a comparable qualification. You already have first professional experience in the field of operational controlling, ideally in an internationally producing company. You are interested in production and logistics processes and are also happy to be on site in production. Your language skills in German and English are very good. You have the ability to analyze complex relationships and to prepare and present them in a comprehensible manner for different target groups. You work efficiently, target-oriented and result-oriented and can quickly adapt to new situations and tasks. You are convinced by your strong initiative and commitment. Your communication strength, persuasiveness and enforcing skills are yours. You have advanced knowledge in handling MS Excel and have ideally already experiences in SAP and with BI systems.
