You want to know how technical guidelines are implemented in software development processes? With us, you will work out how fair decisions are created together and sustainably maintained – inspired by discourse ethics and co-creation. At the same time, you’re going to the software development everyday to allow realistic experiences to flow into. Your field of application: We are responsible for the digital transformation of sales, production and logistics processes. There are important ways in which cooperation, security and transparency are influenced. In order to live these decisions, we need more than technology: common values and clear communication. These are supported at many places by BI solutions for which a technical template forms the basis for sustainable scaling. Learn how you develop common values and guidelines through co-creation and later make them reality through technical templates. Your tasks: Support in building a procedure that translates technical guidelines into practice

Develop methods of converting the results of dialogue into clear and accepted decisions

Conduct test workshop, evaluate feedback and refine the process

Conception and development of a template-based BI reporting: How is a complete Power-BI report from a brief description (e.g. Markdown) and a technical template, so that teams can create new reports without additional effort?

Realize prototype: Develop end-to-end path “Description → Build → Report” and sample with sample reports (including short functional/quality checks)

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Studies of Business Informatics, Human-Machine Interaction, Economic Engineering or Similar Interdisciplinary Studies with Computer Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.)

Advanced programming practice in a common language (e.g. Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java or R)

Interest in economic ethics, discourse theory and modern organizational design

Ability to structure complex ideas in a comprehensible way and translate them into workshop formats

Understanding clean code (readiness, low coupling, meaningful designations, small functions)
