In the Center of Competence SIMA (Rhein), within our branch in Cologne, you have the following tasks: Compilation of budget building documents for structural measures Contract processing, control, as well as professional support of external architects, engineering and planning offices, including quality, appointment and performance controlling Planning, procurement, control, acceptance and billing of construction services Central drainage planning and controlling in construction projects Contract management Customer support

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) in the field of architecture, electrical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable subject Further requirements: You distinguish organizational talent, safe occurrence, communication strength, high motivation and flexibility You have empathy when dealing with people whose private area is affected You provide the willingness to design the working time in a flexible manner if necessary. Your handling of standard IT systems of the BLB NRW (e.g. Microsoft Office and SAP) are routined Ideally, you have a certification in the field of DVP project control You are capable of leading a service car and have a valid class B licence You can prove reliable German skills that correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness to carry out the safety review (Ü2) under the Security Audit Act

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV-L (approximately € 53.000,00 – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 13 LBesO A.
