As a private customer consultant (m/w/d) for customers with a wealth of between €10,000 and €30,000 or a monthly income of between €1,500 and €3,000, we offer you an environment that allows development and evaluates performance. Sales strength: You actively implement sales strategies – from analysis to consulting to completion. Customer retention: You build long-term, trusted relationships through regular contact and predictive care. Collaboration: Together with specialized team members, you ensure a high level of consulting quality for your customer base. Value added: You create real added value by optimizing the financial structure of our customers and thereby strengthening their financial base. Your profile Qualification: You have successfully completed a bank-based training (at least a final grade well in the 'customer advice' segment) and, if necessary, a further qualification. Sales competence: You are a self-confident sales personality with a pronounced own initiative and motivation for further development. Practical experience has already gained 1-2 years. Product knowledge: You ensure a high level of consulting quality. Communication capability: You communicate safely and legally, create a good conversation atmosphere and convince your counterparts. Digital competence: You maintain a safer handling of digital consulting tools and enjoy hybrid consulting scenarios.
