In our training as a cook/kitchen, you have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all areas of our kitchens and develop your skills. This includes: our Michelin star excellent cuisine of the gourmet restaurant KAI3 the cuisine of the restaurant Strönholt the Pâtisserie the breakfast kitchen ... and many more exciting areas! During your training, you actively contribute to the smooth running in the various departments. You will work on all items of the kitchen – be it Gardemanger, Entremetier or Saucier – and have the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility. In regular kitchen meetings you can get creative and participate in the development of new dishes. This gives you not only practical experience, but also the opportunity to implement your ideas in a professional environment. During your training period you will immerse yourself in the varied world of gastronomy. Our trainers: You continue their knowledge with enthusiasm – practical, personal and at eye level. You have successfully completed your middle maturity or (special) college maturity and can ideally gain first experience in the kitchen through internships or secondary jobs. Cooking is a passion for you, you live your creativity and want to make your hobby a profession. In addition, you will be drawing up good ways of handling your profile. You are open to speaking English, and you enjoy sharing in an international environment.
