You take responsibility for email marketing and develop innovative campaigns for our customers. From strategic planning to implementation to monitoring – you control versatile email campaigns with the aim of achieving maximum range and conversion. You use data-driven insights, focus on targeted segmentation and talk to readers with relevant and personalized content. You plan, coordinate and implement automated campaigns with Optimizely's shipping system. You have the most important KPIs at any time, analysing campaign results and continuously opting for even better performance. As a central interface, you work closely with Key Account Management, introduce current results to our customers in regular appointments and proactively introduce new ideas for the further development of email marketing.

Experience: You have already worked in online/email marketing and ideally bring agency experience. Technical know-how: basic knowledge of HTML and experience with e-mail delivery systems are a plus. Analytical skills: You have a good understanding of numbers and you think business. Working: Structured, targeted and independent – you keep an overview. Team spirit & communication: You are a real team player and communicate clearly and convincingly. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
