In your role, you contribute to the fact that our first-class premium coffee always leaves our plant in Hamburg freshly and in perfect product quality. You are responsible for the sampling and execution of product analyses for testing and ensuring the quality of our coffee. You secure the processes for complete batch tracking and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to solve them. These include, among other things, the definition, organisation and documentation of locks . Also in your task is the check of blocked goods and the test equipment management . In addition, you prepare the daily coffee tastings.

You have completed training, ideally in food technology, food chemistry or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring relevant experience from the field of food product testing. As an expert in your field, you already have knowledge of food production and are motivated to acquire appropriate coffee skills. A safe movement in the production environment of means of life with appropriate hygienic promotions is a matter of course for you. The subject of auditing is also not a foreign word for you. You are team-oriented, has a safe appearance and a conscientious way of working. Your flexibility to work in the weekly changing shift rhythm (break, day and night shift) is what distinguishes you.
