We are looking for a Junior Customer Care Agent French Market (all genders) to join our 17-strong team to act as one of the main points of contact for our customers, dealing with enquiries, complaints and queries. You will communicate with our customers via telephone and e-mail to answer all their inquiries and create a positive customer experience. You will independently resolve customer inquiries and manage critical customer requests in a professional and friendly manner. You will advise and provide tailored recommendations to our customers regarding beauty and our products. Through competency and a friendly and positive approach, you will ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the outcome of their query. You will contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Completed a business apprenticeship or a similar degree. Initial experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce sectors. You have a friendly demeanor and are a team player. Demonstrate good communication skills, resilience, empathy, and good problem-solving skills, with a service-oriented approach. High proficiency in German, French, and English (both written and spoken).

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 30,000€ and 33,000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
