In this function you take over the team's technical and disciplinary leadership and are responsible for managing, coordinating and organizing tasks, goals and processes. You promote and develop employees with a view to their assigned tasks and ensure a structured personnel deployment planning. These include, in particular, the organisation of representation regulations, holiday planning and coordination of ongoing personnel deployment. You bear the overall responsibility in the sense of responsibility for action and results for the team and for all related tasks, processes and projects. In addition, initiate, coordinate and design internal processes and ensure the implementation of key requirements within the team. You shall ensure the proper performance of tasks and shall ensure compliance with procedures, results, appointments and adequate utilization of personnel. Your area of responsibility also includes the coordination of the administrative procedures including the associated interfaces. You define, agree and adapt the interfaces to other organizational units as required. The technical and organizational requirements of the departmental management are implemented independently and make decisions on basic questions within projects. In addition, you will participate in service meetings and carry out coordination with other departments, with the headquarters and with other organizational units of the Autobahn GmbH.

You have completed university studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications and relevant experience. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience as well as deeper expertise in the field of road management or road construction management. You have a valid driving licence of class B and show the willingness to carry out business trips and weekend work. We presuppose reliable German knowledge.

That would be desirable: Knowledge of the fee regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI), the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and the regulations of the Association of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technology (VDE), in particular the recognised rules of the technology for electrical installations and electrical appliances
