You secure the stable control operation of the supervised applications and infrastructure components within the SBK and process tickets according to defined SLAs As part of the change and release management, you accompany implementations, coordinate voting and actively participate in the release planning You carry out the error and problem analysis of the supervised procedures independently, and you will derive sustainable quality and process improvements As a central contact person, you support users, service providers and manufacturers in all application and service topics You develop suitable measurement criteria and monitoring methods for monitoring performance, stability and availability of systems In addition, you actively promote continuous improvement through SW optimizations, action information and user training

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business management or a comparable qualification with IT reference Good knowledge of application and web technologies, IT infrastructures and sound understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Release, Test) Basic understanding of the GKV processes and ideally knowledge of the organizational structures of the SBK Embossed analytical capability and experience in structured handling of complex IT systems and operating processes High service and quality orientation combined with own initiative, organisational skills and a clear look for results Strong communication and team skills and readiness to change in a dynamic IT environment The position is assigned to the remuneration group 9 of the remuneration framework agreement for the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry (ERA-TV). In the case of full suitability and full takeover of the job, the annual gross salary is between €60,000 and €77,000 for a weekly working week of 38 hours, including special tariff payments and other tariff benefits.
