In product management for animal health insurance, a fast-growing business within Allianz Insurance, you work to develop the best insurance for animal owners and their four-legged (dog, cat, horse). This is what awaits you as Product Manager Tierkrankenversicherung (m/w/d) Product design: ongoing care and strategic further development of the product range with a focus on convincing performance promise and customer-oriented solutions for animal owners Process optimization: definition of technical requirements for the technical implementation of processes and continuous optimization of customer experience at all touchpoints Project Responsibility: Takeover of (partial) project management for strategic projects and cooperation projects in the field of animal health insurance Market and competition analysis: observation of market trends, competitive developments and regulatory changes to develop and implement innovative approaches Cooperation Management: Developing and maintaining partnerships and developing new cooperation concepts Sales development: development and implementation of growth initiatives through various sales channels (exclusiveness, brokers, digital, cooperations) Stakeholder Management: Close cross-disciplinary cooperation with internal interfaces (distribution, underwriting, damage, IT) and external partners

This is what you bring with you as Product Manager Tierkrankenversicherung (m/w/d) Qualification: Very well completed (specialized) high school studies in veterinary medicine or with a focus on business, economics, economic mathematics, insurance, MBA or a comparable degree course, as well as knowledge in veterinary medicine or agriculture Market knowledge: Multiannual relevant professional experience in product management or portfolio management in the field of animal health insurance and well-founded knowledge of the German animal health insurance market Analytical Competence: Impressive ability to analyze and evaluate insurance-related KPIs and to derive appropriate measures in a complex interface environment Project Management: Proven successes in managing and implementing complex, time-critical projects as project management or Product Owner (m/w/d) with diverse internal and external interfaces Working method: High self-initiative, operational readiness and loadability, coupled with a solution-oriented, structured and entrepreneurial approach Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and good English for cooperation in a dynamic and international environment Digital Mindset: Interest in the application and development of technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal tools such as ChatGPT
