Your tasks:

Management of IT licenses and software compliance as well as performing corresponding audits and optimization of license costs Control and evaluation of IT contracts (e.g. suppliers, cloud services, outsourcing) taking into account compliance, security and regulatory requirements Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at group level (e.g. German/EU legislation, NIS2 and support for international/regional regulations) Support and development of safety standards and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX) in close cooperation with the responsible colleagues (m/w/d) Responsibility and coordination of audits and compliance evidence as well as advice from stakeholders on compliance requirements and governance issues Active participation, construction and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Your profile:

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT law, information security or comparable qualifications Multiannual Experience in IT Compliance Management and IT Governance Experience in dealing with regulatory and normative requirements (e.g. NIS2, ISO 27001, TISAX) and audits Experience in international corporate structures Funded knowledge of IT license management and contract management Knowledge of relevant legal requirements (e.g. EU regulation, GDPR, NIS2, international legislation in the field of information security and data protection) Embossed communication skills in German and English Structured and analytical methods High self-initiative and sense of responsibility Enforcement and secure stakeholder management Ability to render complex regulatory requirements understandably
