This will bring you:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• experience as a residential management or first leadership experience in a nursing facility or comparable institution desirable
• Good computer knowledge and openness to digital-based documentation
• High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
• Ready-to-use, enforcement and organisational capacity

Your tasks:

• Representation of the PDL in its absence
• Personal planning
• Checking care quality
• Ensuring a need-oriented care of residents
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the MD
• Employee work and contact care e.g. B. to doctors and social workers
• Advising our residents and their families on the nature and scope of the necessary care
• Ensuring compliance with nursing standards
