Conducting analyses on method development/method transfer/non-GMP method validation, testing samples and batches from process development and production (in process and release testing) Implementation of Non-GMP Stability Studies NaOH degradation studies to assess/define the conditions for product change cleaning of production plants The focus of the method spectrum is on HPLC, CE-SDS, A280, as well as on standard methods from the field of bio assay (e.g. ELISA) Learning new methods Cooperation in the development of new methods as part of the work routine

Successful training (e.g. BTA, MTA or CTA) First practical experience desirable (but not provided) Good practical and technical understanding of methodological questions Extensive range of methods with good knowledge in the field of protein and nucleic acid analysis is advantageous (e.g. UV-VIS, U/HPLC, ELISA, CE-SDS, agarose gel electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE) Good (language) German and (written) English skills Teamability, flexibility and good organizational skills Professional experience in the GMP-regulated laboratory is advantageous
