Inside Sales / Bid Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of tenders for overall transport systems such as light signal systems, traffic computers, park control systems and other new urban solutions in coordination with the relevant external service staff In close cooperation with the external and internal services, you will ensure competitive offers and secure the economy Calls for tenders are monitored by you, identifying opportunities and risks, meeting deadlines and coordinating cooperation with after-contractors If necessary, you actively participate in bidder talks and contract negotiations in close coordination with the external service, maintain internal data and act as contact persons for customers in the sales region, including cities and key accounts You convert customer files into quote calculations and then support subsequent calculations

As an electrical technician/electronicser with good commercial knowledge, you are the optimal candidate for our job Their experience extends to the fields of electrical and transport technology/ construction or includes practical experience in a comparable area Costing knowledge and experience in the fields of civil engineering, plant engineering or electrical engineering are advantageous Ideally, you are familiar with the VOB in terms of procurement and contract conditions as well as the safe handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel Your knowledge of German is secure Analytical skills, customer orientation and safe working processes complete your profile
