The Munich Judicial Centre is one of the largest institutions in Germany, with about 1,500 places of detention and about 80 beds in a medical department, as well as eleven doctors of the most different departments. It is mainly responsible for the execution of investigative detention in male prisoners. A women's department with 160 places of detention will be included.
