Welcome to the Gutsloher Wertstoffzentrum As Manager (m/w/d) for Gütersloher Wertstoffzentrum GmbH (GWG), you are the operating engine of our 40,000 m2 recycling plant. In close cooperation with the management, you take over the practical management of the site: You control the daily processes of the valuables center, perform the professional team so confidently, fairly and with a clear line and ensure that the acceptance, sorting and processing of building materials and wastes run smoothly, safely and efficiently. Operational location management: Responsibility for the daily operations, material assumptions and processing processes on the 40,000 m2 area. Team management & personnel use: technical and disciplinary management of plant personnel including operational planning and active promotion of a strong occupational safety culture. Compliance & Approval Management: Compliance with all requirements as EfB-certified specialist company and consistent enforcement of all environmental and waste regulations (e.g. BImSchG, KrWG, Detection Regulation). Material flow & characteristic number control: monitoring of throughput quantities and quality assurance of the RC components produced. Sparring with the management: Enge, daily coordination with the management for the operational implementation of the site targets and continuous process optimization.

Training & Practice: Complete studies (e.g. waste management/environment technology, industrial engineering) or a qualified training with further education as a master, technician or as a specialist for recycling and waste management. Professional experience: Multiannual (leading) experience in the operational operation of a valuables or recycling farm, a waste treatment plant or in the demolition/construction material sector. Fachkunde: Proven specialist in accordance with § 9 EfbV and well-founded knowledge in waste and immission protection law. Hands-on mentality: Enforcement strength, reliability, stress resistance, organisational skills and a high presence on site on the premises.
