Together with your co-location management, you will ensure the entrepreneurial representation of ias Aktiengesellschaft in the location's catchment area and work closely and trustfully with our regional manager You lead a motivated, occupational health team of about 30 employees disciplinaryly and value-estimating You are responsible for the resource management of employees on the basis of needs-based personnel planning Extraction, support and binding of customers at the site in the sense of professional customer management Ensuring the sustainable training of your employees is, of course, for you You are welcome to contribute to the implementation of the objectives and strategy of the region and the ias Group

You have a completed health, social or economic studies or a comparable vocational training You already have relevant experience in the service sector, ideally with the service portfolio of the ias Group Experience in the disciplinary leadership of a team and strong joy in leading we presume First knowledge and experience with business analysis and control you could already collect You have consulting skills and project experience Embossed service and customer orientation are your strengths Your core competences include sovereignty and enforcement
