For the location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for you as a maintenance engineer (m/w/d) TGA and fire protection in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Selection and commissioning of suppliers incl. Supply collection, technical clarification and accounting
• Coordination, instruction and supervision of foreign companies incl. Creation of work instructions
• Operation and supervision of technical installations and buildings
• Planning and monitoring of maintenance according to Airbus processes
• Creation and appointment of maintenance, inspection and testing plans
• Control and control of external service providers in terms of dates, costs and quality
• Organisation and supervision of statutory expert examinations
• Safe operation, maintenance and repair of plants, buildings and infrastructure according to BetrSichV
• Participation in internal and external audits in the area of responsibility
• Monitoring and evaluation of defined KPIs

THE BRINGS WITH:

• technician or specialist in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics
• Mind. 2 years in construction or project management
• Funded SAP user knowledge
• German-speaking and English advanced
• driving licence class B available
