Nurse – night shift coordination (m/f/d)

Our hospital supplies Bremen-Nord and the Lower Saxony surrounding area medically. As a responsible person for the post-service coordination, you will introduce your nursing expert and take a central role in the processes of the night service, which will significantly contribute to hospital management. In this function you take a significant role model function that you fill out politely, bindingly and with a view of the entire house. You work closely with a team of night service coordinators to ensure the occupation of 365 nights in our house.

Your tasks:

• After you have been involved and knowing the individual stations, you control the care-relevant processes and procedures and organize the night services in our clinic
• you ensure the quality of care in night care and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation
• you control patient occupancy
• and you check the area-specific messages for the stationary supply

Your profile:

• you are a nursing professional or have a three-year training as a nurse, nursing professional, health care and nursing professional Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

• you already have first management experience in care
