We need educators (m/w/d) or people who meet the requirements of § 25 b HKJGB to strengthen our teams in the nursery schools. We place great emphasis on a holistic, individual promotion and work closely with parents to enable the best possible development of children. Our work is based on modern pedagogical concepts in which every child is at the centre of his own personality.

Your task and our expectations:

• Promoting and accompanying children in their emotional, social and cognitive development
• Planning and implementation of age-appropriate, creative and varied educational opportunities
• Monitoring and documentation of children's development processes
• Support in the integration of children with special needs
• Close cooperation with parents, colleagues and professionals
• Designing and developing our pedagogical concepts and projects
• Participation in the implementation of educational and educational objectives

Your profile:

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator / state-recognized educator or equivalent degree
• empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with children, parents and the team
• Creativity and joy in working with children
• Responsibility, flexibility and team capacity
• Ideally, first professional experience as an educator (but also professional starters are welcome)
• knowledge of current educational and educational concepts and a high interest in the further development of our own pedagogical practice
